We hardly saw a bit of sunshine before 3:30 in the afternoon today. I know you can’t tell in these pictures. It was a beautiful afternoon in Rocky Mountain National Park. I saw 2 Mountain Bluebirds but wasn’t quick enough with the camera. I hope to get a good photo of one this year.

Someone recently asked me what camera I use. I’ve been using two cameras. The camera I used for most of my pictures this past year is a fairly inexpensive Kodak Easyshare Z812IS (8.2MP with 12x zoom). I’ve liked this camera very much and Jerry won places 1-6 in a photo contest with it. Just lately I’ve been sometimes using a Cannon PowerShot XS10IS (10.0 MP with 20x zoom), I don’t feel very used to the new camera yet.

The last photo here was taken looking out of the sun roof in the canyon while driving home.

  1. I found your blog thru one of my groups and I absolutely love your pictures! I also love to cross stitch and read! BTW, I made the Empty tombs the other day using your recipe and my granddaoughter absolutely loved them! Thanks, for sneak peak into your world!
