Rocky Mountain Wednesdays

Real quick I just want to say THANK YOU so much for the lovely response to the new product from Impie, Hattie & Bea. I will not be adding it to the website til tomorrow night, I’m not sure how many will be left, the response has been tremendous. There will be a second edition.

Now on to the mountains!

Jerry took the big boys camping last weekend. It was mostly a fishing/camping trip. Tyler had to work on Monday so I drove up Sunday evening to their campsite to join the guys for cookout and take Tyler home, Jerry and Kellen stayed on another day.

All of these pictures were taken at their campsite at the Long’s Peak campground which is part of Rocky Mountain National Park and is at about 10,000 ft elevation. The elk in the lake is a picture Tyler took on his phone while they were fishing. You can see that there is just a hint of fall color, the grove of Aspens on Twin Sisters is just starting to change as well. If you’ve been around Long’s Peak you’ll recognize The Notch.

After roasting marshmallows Tyler, Ethan, and I headed home. That was enough ‘camping’ for me.
