Rocky Mountain Wednesdays

I visited a nearby yarn shop the other day and took some pictures on the way, please ignore the giant crack in my windshield, I try to. I didn’t get anything exciting but it was fun to be surrounded by yarn for a bit. I nipped up the steps from the shop for a really good cup of coffee and then headed on home.

The last picture is a fire in Rocky Mountain National Park that has been burning since October 9th, some days it is hardly smokey at all and other days you can see it from miles away. Because of all the beetle kill trees there is unlimited fuel for this fire. Remember these pictures of all the dead trees I took last June? You can imagine how long a fire could burn here.

Hope your week has been fun so far!
