I don’t know if that is technically correct but that’s what I’m calling them! I used this recipe – with a few tiny changes. I used salted butter so I omitted the salt, I used whipping cream instead of buttermilk and I sprinkled some of the scones with turbinado sugar and left some un-sugared. And of course you can see I used a combo of blueberries and raspberries. We enjoyed these on Saturday and Sunday, and I may have one with my coffee in a bit.
